Story
During these difficult times COVID-19 has had a devastating impact on our fundraising ability for one of the most important initiatives we support – the Innovation Fund grant.
It is thanks to past support from people in the community that we have been able to fund this grant which allows our researchers to conduct ground-breaking research into new areas of GI cancer.
We need your help to keep the Innovation Fund grant alive.
Fundraising is a easy as you make it and there are many ways you can get involved while social distancing.
You can host a virtual games night, take part in a healthy eating challenge, give up coffee for a month or just challenge yourself to exercise for 20 minutes each day.
Whatever activity you choose, your support will help our medical professionals continue their vital research to support GI cancer patients.
To get started, simply set up an online Fundraising Page and let us know in the description what activity you’ll be doing.
Remember to share the link with your family and friends to ask for donations.
Once you raise over $50 we will send you a GI Cancer Institute t-shirt!
To create your Fundraising page, click ‘Join Team’ above.
We will be with you every step of the way to support your fundraising efforts and to share some great tips to help you reach your target!
We can’t wait to have you join us! #GutsyChallenge
